Yes, we require a refundable deposit of 100 € as a guarantee against possible damages. We will charge your credit card a few days before your arrival. After checking the condition of the accommodation at the end of your stay, it will be returned to you within 7 days after check-out, also by credit card.
Our location is exceptional. The nearest beach, La Carihuela, is only 25 m from the apartment. The center of Torremolinos is 1.1 km away, accessible by a pleasant walk without the need to use the car.

If you come by car, from Malaga city or Benalmadena you will arrive in less than 15 minutes. If you prefer public transportation, there is a bus stop that connects to both cities just 500 m from the apartment, on Carlota Alessandri Avenue. Malaga airport, located only 9 km away, is also accessible by train from Torremolinos station, with a direct train ride of less than 10 minutes.
